An unusual spherical ivory netsuke with New Year’s emblems and takaramono. Late 18th/early 19th century

Carved in shallow relief with pine sapling, bamboo leaves, pine needles, cherry blossom branch and flying crane, the other side with kakure mino, kakure gasa and Daikoku’s hammer, all on a basket-work ground.
