A famille rose tea bowl and saucer, painted and gilt with a cockerel perched on rockwork amongst peony sprays, within a shaped florif-orm border reserved in iron-red and gilt with a Y-pattern, the rims with rhombus borders. Seal of the artist Baishi shanren (Hermit of the mountain). Crack. Yongzheng/Qianlong period (1723-1796).
