A Tokyo school wood okimono style netsuke of Daikoku and Fukurokuju, by Hôjtsu. Late 19th century.

Fukurokuju is seated on his heels and holds a Chinese-type fan over his lap while Daikoku climbs a ladder in order to shave Fukurokuju's high head. Signed Hôjitsu in an oval reserve.
