With a large, step-cut natural aquamarine (ca. 17 x 23 mm) surrounded by 72 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 1.30ct) suspended from a diamond-set loop. Minimal wear to the edges of the facettes and beneath one prong of the setting. 3.2 x 2.3 cm. Weight 15.6 g.
