A painted stucco head of a bodhisattva with heavy lids and downcast eyes beneath arched brows, a long nose and full retouched lips, the hair is rolled up into two spirals above the sunken urna, the ears with fleshy ear lobes realistically modelled. Ming dynasty. Mounted on a marble base.
