An Edo school ivory two-part manjû of a shôjô by a sake cask. Mid-19th century

Carved with a shôjô with very long hair seated by a sake cask fully tied up and with logo of the brewer, and resting the head on its arm placed on top of the cask. On the reverse a tokkuri, a sake cup and a fish on a plate.
