set with 40 graduated cushion shaped old-cut diamonds, four small rose diamonds (in total ca. 5.10ct) and a central antique-cut emerald of ca. 0.60 ct (ca. 5.60 x 5.60 x 3.11 mm). One stone replaced with a star-cut diamond. L 19.3 cm. Weight 17.4 g.
