Comprising a brooch and earrings. In the original box, stamped "I. Fattorini Goldsmith Skipton". The brooch pin bent. L of brooch 4.5 cm. H of earrings 4.1 cm. Total weight 21.1 g.
England, ca. 1880.

The extensive British Fattorini family company was founded in 1827 in Leeds by the Italian-born goldsmith Antonio Fattorino (1797 - 1860). One of his sons, Innocent (1830 - 1874), opened a goldsmith's shop in Skipton in 1848, which his widow continued to run after his death.
