Engraved brass and iron, glazed aperture. An Augsburg equatorial travel sundial. Engraved with place names "Görliz, Iena, Nordlingen, DünckelSpiel" and their latitudes to the reverse. Signed to the reverse "Andreas Vogler". The horizontal hand lost. H when extended 5.7, diameter 5 cm.

Abeler "Meister der Uhrmacherkunst", Wuppertal 1977, p. 634 mentions Andreas Vogler as a manufacturer of equatorial sun, moon and star dials.
