A set of German carving cutlery

A set of German carving cutlery. Comprising a large knife and a two pronged fork. With fine silver inlays to the boxwood handles. Presumably Solingen, ca. 1690. L of knife 33 cm.

Certificate

Includes a letter from Lutz Hoffmeister of the Klingenmuseum Solingen, dating the set to around 1690 based on a photograph.
