A Tibetan bronze figure of Buddha Amoghasiddhi. 18th century

A Tibetan bronze figure of Buddha Amoghasiddhi seated in vajrasana on a double-lotus base with the right hand raised in abhaya mudra and the left held in dhyana mudra. The figure wears a diaphanous sanghati, pooling in elegant folds below the ankles. Remains of blue colour to the hair and remains of cold gilding to the face. Inscription in front of the sealed base. 18th century.
