A lacquer natsume of cylindrical shape, the body dislaying two Portuguese men and a servant with an umbrella, the lid with an abstract pattern in a square and stylized flowers, in golden and red lacquer on a black lacquer ground with hirame. Late Edo period. Wooden box, the lid inscribed Nanban jinbutsu mon yukifuki.
