Pavé set with 93 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 3.70 ct, G/H, VVS-VS) and 9 baguette-cut diamonds. Centrally set with a round sapphire of ca. 2.20 ct surrounded by 10 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 60 ct, G/H, VVS-VS). Custom-made piece. Stamped fineness 750, maker's mark. L 5 cm. Weight 20.52 g.
