A probably South German carved ivory figure of a standing woman, 16th century

The lady stands in slight contrapposto upon a sloping plinth. She holds her right arm raised above her head and her left arm drawn tightly across her body. The figure is nude except for a floor-length cloth worn slung about the hips.
Slightly yellowed and with minor wear. Height 22 cm.
