Ôban, yoko-e from the series Kisokaidô rokujûkyû tsugi no uchi, here called Kisoji no eki, a collaboration between Keisai Eisen and Utagawa Hiroshige. No. 11. Title: Honjô shuku, Kannagawa watashiba. Samurai procession crossing a long bridge. Unsigned. The series was published by Takenouchi Magohachi and Iseya Rihei between 1834 and 1842. Good impression and colours, browned at edges, few stains, centre fold, restored wormhole in margin, mounted at upper corners
