An 18k gold, silver and diamond brooch formed as a bumblebee

Pavé set with ca. 141 cushion shaped old-cut and rose-cut diamonds (in total ca. 5.5ct). The large old-cut diamond ca. 1.75ct (M-O, vs), with two ruby cabochons for eyes. Removable brooch mountings. The central stone possibly replaced and with minimal rim chips (two prongs lost). 4.9 x 5.4 cm. Weight 18.5 g.
