An Augsburg silver beaker made for Tübingen university. Marks of Christian Schließer, 1677.

Interior with remains of gilding. Engraved to the exterior with the arms of the Dukes of Württemberg and the inscription: "Eberhardus Ludovicus D.G.D.W. dono misit Universitati Tubingensi in memoriam Anno jubilari 1677." H 10.5 cm, weight 192 g.

Duke Eberhard Ludwig von Württemberg donated this beaker on occasion of the 200th anniversary of the university of Tübingen.
