A Sri Lankan bronze assembled shrine with a Buddha, seated in meditation (paryankasana), wearing sanghati and a plain uttarasanga while the antaravaska is visible at the legs, on the head a tri-part flame ornament (siraspata), on a stepped base engraved with flowers, the makara torana with figures and lions, surmounted by a makara mask. The torana restored and not quite fitting into the base.
Height of the figure 12.7 cm; total height 27.7 cm
