A large and heavy bronze incense burner. Qing dynasty

Of bulbous squat shape on three short feet and with two handles in shape of large dragons sitting on the rim and facing outwards. Shiny patina with tiny yellow spots. At the base cast mark reading Da Ming Xuande wu nian jian du gong bu guan chen Wu Bangzuo zao (5th year of Ming Xuande, Ming Dynasty, Ministry of Works, made by Supervisor Wu Bangzuo).
