A very large embroiderd red silk altar hanging. Dated 1875

The large shaped panel with a large central dragon en face flanked by two other dragons amidst the eight Buddhist symbols, bats and lingzhi clouds, on the separate pelmet two dragons chasing a flaming pearl. On the right hand side an inscription reading Guangxu yiannian (1875) sui ci yihai qing he yue and on the left hand side an inscription reading Xinshi dizi Ma Qilong jin xian (presented by the male Buddhist devotee Ma Qilong). Small restorations.
