An iron-red and underglaze-blue 'wufu' dish. Daoguang period (1820-1850)

The interior painted in iron-red with a central medallion of five bats comprising the wufu (Five Abundaces), enclosed within a double-line border and surrounded by twelve bats depicted in varying stages of flight, the underside with an additional eight bats. Daoguang six-character seal mark.
