A Northeast Indian bronze figure of Shiva and Parvati. 14th/16th century

A Northeast Indian bronze figure of Shiva and Parvati, the couple seated within a lobed arch on a high base. Shiva with a small head above his left ear holds his right hand in abhaya mudra while his left embraces Parvati who is sitting on his thigh, in his other hands trishula and mriga, his head protected by a three-headed naga. 14th/16th century.
