An 18k white gold and star sapphire brooch

Designed as a bow set with 80 old-cut diamonds and 16 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca.1.65 ct, G/H, vvs-vs). Centrally set with an almost entirely round Ceylon star-sapphire cabochon in a bezel setting (ca. 16.5 x 16.9 x 12.66 mm, ca. 30 ct). Stamped fineness 750, maker's mark. Two diamonds lost. H 6.6 cm. W 4.3 cm. Weight 23.24 g.
