A Gandhara grey schist figure of a standing Buddha, the large eyes with heavy eye lids and full lips, the wavy strands of hair cover the head and ushnisha, the outer garment with a round collar falls in numerous deep folds, the undergarment is visible at the left leg, while the hands were originally held in abhaya mudra. Pakistan. 2nd/3rd century. Mounted on a wooden base.
