Silver and red gold earrings cluster set with mixed star/step-cut natural Ceylon sapphires (ca. 8.55 x 6.55 x 5.65 mm and ca. 8.53 x 7.00 x 5.25 mm), each surrounded by nine cushion shaped old cut diamonds (in total ca. 2.52 ct, K/L, si). In an antique case. H 1.5 cm, weight 7.3 g.
