Set with an oval opal cabochon (ca. 10.3 x 8.5 mm) with fine opalescence surrounded by 10 brilliant-cut diamonds and 10 taper-baguette cut diamonds (in total ca. 1.0 ct, J/K, vsi-si). Stamped: Fineness 18 K, maker's mark "CD". Bezel: 1.8 x 1.7 cm. Ring size 52.5. Weight 6.3 g.
