A two-part inro

With separate cord runners. Reddish-brown ground of so-called ‘Indian Red’ lacquer. Strong relief decoration on both sides with a dragonfly with wings of whitish, blue-green shimmering abalone mother-of-pearl. The dragonflies flying up on one side and down on the other, the bodies of golden-black takabori. An inner compartment completely covered with dense nashiji. Metal sphere ojime covered with fine rods which have caused slight damage to the top of the inro.
