Set with 8/8-cut and old-cut diamonds and an oval ruby cabochon (ca. 3.16 ct, ca. 8.03 x 6.85 x 5.35 mm) flanked by two old-cut diamonds (each ca. 0.90 ct, K/L, vs). Hallmarks: Fineness PT/950, maker's mark. Minor gold soldered repairs. Ring size 55. Weight 7.73 g.
