The sides chased and set with three brilliant-cut diamonds (central stone ca. 0.50 ct, flanked by ca. 0.30 ct, M/N, vs/si) alternating with two sapphires (each circa 0.75 ct). Using old stones. Ring size 52. Weight 4.44 g.
Presumably circa 1900.
