A Nuremberg silver gilt grape goblet

Silver; gold-plated. Eight-lobed base supporting a figural shaft formed as a woodcutter and a grape vine. The conical cuppa and corresponding lid gadrooned to resemble a bunch of grapes with a floral finial. Brands: BZ Nuremberg about 1609 - 29, MZ Michael Müllner (1612 - 50, GNM No. 13, 303), tremolier stitch. H 29 cm, weight 283 g.
