An important set of three large Delftware faience vases

Comprising one covered baluster-form vase of octagonal section flanked by two smaller and narrower baluster-form vases. All three vases decorated throughout in blue and lavender with chinoiserie landscape scenes, these identical on the two smaller vases whilst the central vase bears additional motifs. Identical lambrequin borders surrounding the shoulders and lid, the rims with identical foliate borders. Both narrower vases with blue H mark to the undersides, one additionally with I. A small restoration to the neck of one of the narrower vases, minor unobtrusive chips, minor cracks, some ash in the glaze of the larger vase. H of vase with lid 71 cm, H narrow vases 64 and 64.5 cm.
