A wooden smoking set. Late 19th century

Including a rinpa-style kiri wood tonkotsu, decorated with a lobster on bamboo leaves rendred in red lacquer, takamakie and mother-of-pearl inlays, the copper ojime with various shells in relief, the musô-zutsu type kiseruzutsu depicting a sea bream on bamboo leaves in similar lacquer technique with its' pipe (kiseru) en suite.
