A wood and lacquer mask netsuke. 19th century

A demon with a horn on its forehead and fangs visible in the open jaws. Completely covered with negoro lacquer – partly rubbed – teeth and eyes with metal inlays (one lost). Signed with red kakihan.
Height 4.9 cm
