A Parisian Régency style pendulum clock

Tortoiseshell and brass on oak corpus, glazed on three sides. 12 white enamel cartouches with black indices forming the dial, blued steel hands. 14-day running movement with half-hourly striking on a gong, lever escapement. Comprising case and finial crowned by a figure of a boy and a dog. Engraved below the dial “Bouchart AParis” (presumably from an older clock), the plate numbered. The wind instrument held by the boy lost. H 53.3 cm.
