Tortoiseshell and brass on oak corpus, with ormolu mountings, glazed on three sides. 25 white enamel cartouches with black indices forming the dial, blued steel hands. 14-day running movement with half-hourly striking to a bell above, verge escapement with thread suspension. Comprising bracket (associated by conforming), case and finial decorated with foliate tendrils. The plate engraved "Alexandre AParis". Dial, frame of the front door and several mountings replaced. H 125, W 45, D 23 cm.
