An early 18th century South German ivory Corpus Christi

Carved in the round. Wooden thorns. Minimal remains of polychromy on the hair and perizonium. Finely rendered depiction of Christ crucified with three nails.
The arms visibly attached. Minor stains. Mounted on a velvet covered panel. Height 12.5 cm, width of arms 9.7 cm.
