18 kt Gelbgold. Designed as a Baroque style cartouche inlaid with a heliotrope plaque (22 x 20 mm) with a floral appliqué. Set with tiny rubies, emeralds, and rose-cut diamonds. With a hook on the reverse for a droplet. With replaced silver pin. 4.3 x 3.3 cm. Total weight 13.39 g.
