Round, scalloped dish. The rim inscribed with the Cyrillic monogram “ON” beneath the Russian grand prince's crown opposite the Imperial eagle. Diameter 24.3 cm, total weight 3,130 g.

Olga Nikolayevna Romanova (1822 - 92) was the third daughter of Tzar Nicholas I. In 1846, she married Crown Prince Charles I of Württemberg and became Queen of Württemberg upon his accession to the throne in 1864. These plates are part of an extensive dinner service commissioned by the Tzar's court from the St. Petersburg goldsmiths Carl Johann Tegelsten and Henrik August Lang.
