An unusual Munich silver tea service

Comprising a teapot, milk jug and sugar box decorated with Historicist engravings surrounding two vacant reserves. The handle of the teapot designed as a female herm, the spout as a naturalistic salamander. The finial formed as a figure of Cupid. The sugar box and milk jug with corresponding decoration. H of teapot 19 cm, total weight 2,059 g.
