Wrought iron, russet patinated, very fine, removeable nose. Me no shita (lower half of the face) type with wild (ressei) facial expression, moustache of horsehair, ridges to both cheeks, ase nagashi under the chin, three-layer ita mono odoshi with blue lacing. The inside lacquered red. Possibly Myochin School.
