Aikuchi koshirae

A beautiful koshirae made of a red-brown lacquered scabbard with clouds in relief with mixed-metal ornaments comprised of a combination of iron and silver. The iron half with gold inlaid rain-dragons (ama-ryu) amidst clouds, the silver half with waves. The menuki in the shape of gilt rings. The leather wrapping lacquered dark brown.
