The body with a gold-dusted black lacquer background with a continuous scene of stone lanterns in a forest, all in gold and silver togidashi. Signature in seal shape Shiomi Masanari. Black lacquer and fundame to the inside. A few fine cracks, traces of use. Stone ojime in shape of a seated monkey and netsuke in shape of a natural water chestnut (hishi).
