An 18k gold and gemstone moretto brooch

The head finely carved from greyish brown agate and set in a florally engraved bust with central sapphire (ca. 0.70 ct) and a ruby (ca. 0.10 ct), two emeralds and 14 old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.95 ct, H-J, vs-si) in silver settings. The turban decorated with rose-cut diamonds, small pearls and a cushion shaped diamond (ca. 0.30 ct). The clasps amended, with minor repairs. H 4 cm. Width 2.7 cm. Weight 13.64 g.
