An 18k gold diamond and sapphire cabochon brooch

Custom made piece using stones from an Art Déco brooch. Designed as a large stylised ribbon motif set with 26 cabochon-cut oval natural sapphires (in total ca. 65.00 ct, primarily Ceylon) and 60 old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 4.40 ct, I-K, si). Hallmarks: Italian fineness 750, Italian origin mark, maker's mark, medallion mark. L 12 cm. Weight 66.38 g.
