A 14k yellow and red gold ring with a Neoclassical intaglio

Finely chased bezel set with an oval brown carnelian intaglio (21.6 x 16.3 mm) carved with the head of a youth (possibly Mark Anthony). With a possible signature on the reverse, heavily abraded. The red gold shank replaced. Bezel 2.9 x 2.4 cm. Ring size 57. Weight 7.36 g.
