Two Dutch mortars with mottos

Cast bronze with dark brown patina. Each inscribed below the rim in Latin capital letters: "LOF GODT VAN AL Ao 1628" and "LOF GODT VAN AL ANNO 1667". Some wear and minor dents around the rims. H 10.5 and 11 and D 10.8 and 11.4 cm, both with pestles, weight with pestles c. 3.8 kg.
