A Meissen porcelain tea and coffee service with straw coloured glaze

Comprising a coffee pot, two teapots, and a sugar box - all with original lids . a tea caddy, slop bowl, ten cups and eight large and two smaller saucers. The slop bowl, cups and saucers all decorated with straw flower motifs. Blue crossed swords marks with various subsidiary marks, dreher's numbers. The lid of the tea caddy replaced in silver (engraved monogram IMW), restored chips to the basal ring of one saucer and the lids of both teapots, two cups with rim chips, one saucer with craquelure to the glaze. H coffee pot 22.5, H larger teapot 11, H smaller teapot 9 cm.
1740s to 1760s.
