A Brunswick inlaid corner cabinet

Walnut, burr walnut, root wood, elder, maple and plum veneers on softwood corpus, solid dark stained hardwood, gilt brass mountings and marbled paper lining. Rare encoignure cabinet with three drawers and serpentine front resting on rocaille carved supports. Inlaid with vertical veneer and cartouche motifs. The locks replaced, older insect damage. H 83.5, hip depth 54 cm.
