A Neoclassical chest of drawers

Rosewood, satin wood, walnut, palisander, beech and maple veneers on oak, brass and iron mountings, red marble top. Angular two-doored corpus on tapering legs of square section. Inlaid on three faces with garlands of flowers and bouquets. Stamped twice "DECK" (possibly later). Old, restored shrinkage cracks and damage, subsequent losses. H 81.5, W 85.5, D 48 cm.
Presumably last quarter 18th C.
