Ovoid body with long slender neck and flaring mouth, decorated all round in iron black and few enamel colours with a winter landscape, a small passage in the novel "The Three Kingdoms" in which Huang Chenyan, a reclusive scholar who lived during the late Eastern Han dynasty, dressed in a fox fur riding on a donkey accompanied by a boy carrying the gourd wine, and reciting a poem. Inscription with the line of text from the novel "The Three Kingdoms": Qilu guo xiaoqiao, du tan meihua shou" (Riding a donkey over the small bridge, I sigh over the thin plum blossoms). An apocryphal Hongxian four-character mark. (2)

黃承彥煖帽遮頭,狐裘蔽體,騎著一驢後隨一青衣小童,攜一葫蘆酒,踏雪而來; 轉過小橋, 口吟詩一首。

瓶上有截取三國演義中一首詩: 「騎驢過小橋, 獨嘆梅花瘦」
